Max Biocare has been supporting Plan International Australia’s “Sponsor a Child in Vietnam” project to help preschool-aged children get better access to education and reach their full potential.
Geographically, Gia Lai province is a remote area tucked in mountainous terrain, making it a hard place to reach. As a result, the region lacks basic infrastructure including classrooms and teaching staff to meet the needs of the children. It is recognised that the preschool years are a critical development period for children. Giving them a good start to life will positively influence their future and increase their long-term opportunities. Plan International Australia works with children, communities, schools and governments to come up with solutions to break down barriers, ensuring that every child has access to quality education, in order to have the best possible outcomes in physical, social, emotional and cognitive development. This project aims to help more children in Gia Lai province get access to quality education, and help mothers get more support in teaching and raising their children.
Max Biocare has helped in the purchasing of materials to build preschools in Gia Lai Province. To find out more about this project, visit Plan International Australia’s website.
